Create a key
Credit moves from your wallet onto the key. Delete the key later and whatever it didn't use comes back; if it spent slightly past its credit (requests running in parallel), the difference is taken from your wallet. New keys and quota changes take effect within about 4 seconds. A delete first waits for the key's in-flight requests to finish — the row shows “waiting” until then.
